Capital Punishment- Neutral (Vicky)

Killing people for making a mistake is a really cruel punishment. Sitting in prison while years and years pass by can change some people or you can send them to a mental hospital. But on the other hand, some people will never change, would hold a grudge and deserves death. The death penalty is good for some reasons more than others. My opinion is that the only way to get capital punishment, is if you have a history of doing the things you have been doing unless it is a huge crime.
